"Good location close to Holyrood and fairly easy walk up to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Nice and quiet and gorgeous backyard. Rooms are small, but I guess typical for the age of the building. no plug for CPAP needed an extension cord."

"Adequate and comfortable room, right off the Royal Mile. It’s worth noting that, however, that although breakfast is advertised as an optional add-on, there’s no restaurant on-site. Instead, a small variety of items are left in the room for you to choose from during your stay."

Abbey Strand Apartments, at Holyrood
"Excellent location by Hollyrood Palace. Well equipped kitchen. Larger bathroom than most of our lodgings. Although space was limited for 3 people, it worked. Two of us used a large bathtub in a room adjacent to the bathroom to organize luggage. Excellent king bed."
