"HardRock was so beautiful, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts and this one definitely stood out. The rooms was beautiful with a nice Jacuzzi outside on the porch in every room. Room service was 24 seven when some hotels only have it between certain hours. every single restaurant was included, except the two inside the casino. Different varieties of food, snacks, and entertainment. The only issues that I have that made me a little uncomfortable was the pressure for the timeshare. During check-in, they asked us if we wanted to do a presentation that we didn’t have to buy the timeshare that we could just look and see what they have available and see if we’re interested, and that they would also give us discounts on our excursions, the presentation was supposed to be 60 minutes and it ended up being three hours, when my wife and I declined the timeshare, the individual staff was very super aggressive with us not accepting it, he asked multiple times for us to get it and got angry that we didn’t. He then gave us to another member which his name was Tulum he was very persistent and even worse than the first guy. To the point, we walked away and he followed us, that part wasn’t a good experience. The prices were over $16,000 for the timeshare and they wanted about $2000 down and me asking them to let me think about it was not good enough. Besides that situation, everything else was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, and they did give us a discount on the excursions."

"Staff was extremely friendly and attentive which was nice. The variety of restaurants were perfect for our 5 nights there. We ended up missing trying two but most were good! The beach is by far the best part. This resort has no other resorts near, so it’s basically a private beach for just one resort. And the wait staff come check on you frequently, allowing you to just relax and enjoy!"

"This property looked good on paper, but it was actually better in person. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautiful and modern and the food was amazing!! Especially the Asian and French restaurants. The bar right below the lobby of the hotel was our favorite because of the great service and friendliness of the staff. The service was sooo good that I need to give them a big shout out: Huge thanks to Narciso Juliany, Elisandra, Anabel, Dahainy, Gregory and Adreisy. Also at the Asian/Hibachi restaurant, we had the best cook (Patricio) preparing our meals. So engaging and full of energy and the food was outstanding!!! At the breakfast buffet we would always be serviced by Eusi Bido, he was one of the best and he always took care of us to the point that he would go above and beyond the call of duty. At the main pool, the entertainment was really good as well, those guys are full of energy and keep the crowd active and happy! The only two issues were that my room had a moldy smell and it was more intense at night time when we went to sleep. And we got the VIP package and were told that we would be able to get a late check out since our flight was late at night. The day I went to request it, the manager was not friendly or helpful and wanted to charge me if I needed to do a late check out. That left a bad taste in my mouth my last day at the resort. But overall, I love this property and will definitely come back with my family. "

"Great stay at the Majestic Mirage. Immediately we received a room upgrade, and everything was wonderful from that point on. The staff are fantastic, especially Pablo who took care of every need all week. Would recommend the Majestic Mirage to anyone. "
