「Very nice spot to stay!!!!」

「Comfy beds, friendly staff but we waited quite a while at the desk when checking out. The bathroom light was flickering and the hair dryer was dirty. Heard a lot of noise from above us. Breakfast was good. Good stay overall but cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be better for over $200/night.」

「The room was clean. There is no hotel staff as it is bar staff that is available. They showed no interest in hotel service. When the power went out for 8 hours, no one was around to deal with noise issues in the hallway.」

「The Suite was perfect, as I and other family members staying at the Hotel, would gather at the end of the day. On two occasions, there was one staff member that was not helpful. After we attended a family funeral service, I asked if we could borrow a chair to accommodate an extra person visiting our Suite from another room. I was flat out told no, no chairs in the hotel would be moved, she had zero compassion. On the next day, we had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door while we showered. We...

「The staff were friendly and helpful. We were lead to believe there was a pool. Based on the sign out front of their establishment. However there was no pool. Our view from the window was looking right into their storage room. That was disappointing. I believe the view we had was their pool and spa area that is no longer in service.」

「We had no idea what we were walking into. Drunk people, homeless camped out in the alley. Trying to hear the front desk person who was talking super quietly. And then when we got up to our room we discovered it didn't even look like it had been cleaned at all. There was pizza and garbage on the floor, no ironing board, when we would run the bathroom sink chunks of SOMETHING came up, shower remained cold unless you spent at least 15 mins in it no matter what we did. 「Room was clean enough. If I wanted to use kitchen items there were almost none. Cupboard door was off to the side. Bed was very comfortable. Hallways and stairs getting to the room had food and mud in places.」

「Found blood on the bed sheets in my room. Tried to inform front desk over the cellphone help line they used, no answer. Left a review for management to see, no answer. Told the staff upon checkout, she thought I meant that I had left blood there and said it's okay, then finally understood that there was blood on the sheets before I got there and said she'd send bonus points my way. Bonus points of 3000 after not receiving any other answer seems to downplay how gross that way.」
