「The sheets had stains on them and the bathroom was dirty there was trash behind the toilet. Extremely unhappy and would like to cooperate. When I asked for the info the lady at the desk told me to “deal with it, it’s a cheap hotel” extremely unhappy and very unacceptable😡」

「Had issues with our tv when we first checked in, but the staff was super quick to resolve the problem. 」
