"Sink was plugged. Moved to a smaller room, was told an upgrade. When told it was not an upgrade they did offer the room cost difference to be refunded but it took several call backs to finally get the funds returned. Breakfast was cold. "

"We did not have a kitchen. The room was clean and there was lots of parking."

"Rooms floors were old and worn . Hallway to room was dirty and old . Heard the train more then they said we would . Moxies was good for supper and breakfast. "

"Clean & comfortable. Pillows lacking and having to go and ask for batteries for the remote from the office was a pain. Great price! Would stay again but being my own pillow. :)"

"Room was fine except for small, round sink installed in bathroom. Did not like local traffic noise and obnoxious people in the neighbourhood swearing and fighting. Staff were helpful and courteous. Why do your toilets use so much water? Very wasteful. Standard toilets use 6 litres, yours about 20 litres."
