「Outside looked a little sketchy, old building with dated signs. There weren’t many cars when I checked in around 5:30 pm, but by 9, the parking lot was full. Inside had kind of an old smell but looked much better than the outside and was very clean. Room was as advertised. Tap water smelled a little eggy to me, but that might be a regional thing — I noticed at other buildings in public restrooms. Continental breakfast in the morning was adequate. The two-stars made me a little apprehensive, but...

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「Nice stay. Clean, well maintained hotel. Room was comfortable and roomy - no complaints. Hot, tasty breakfast provided. Location was great. Delevan was a solid walk away, but very quaint. I think the room price was a little on the high side for the quality of the facility, but I guess that is because of its location and time of year/events happening locally.」

「We traveled to Oconomowoc to celebrate a high school reunion. Our stay at Staybridge Suites was fantastic! They had every amenity we needed and more. The staff was gracious when we requested fresh towels and more coffee - lol! They had meet and greets the first couple of nights we stayed. Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 」

「The night and day manager was one person and she was outstanding. I will never stay anywhere else and I’m not kidding. So friendly so kind so wonderful each property should be very very careful to have a person like this at the front desk. It takes a regular trip to an exceptional trip.」
