「Very friendly staff」

「Yes for the most part. The waffle maker was broken. But the room was clean and nice」

「Super friendly staff, rooms were not bad but I do think the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner 」

「The staff was always polite and professional. The beds were super comfortable. There was dated wear and tear through out the property. If possible try to get a room on the top floor so you do not hear the loud stomping overhead by other guest. 」

「Our toilet moved when we sat down. It appeared not to be bolted all the way down. The room phone didn't work. Our room was at the end of the hallway near a cleaning supply room and all I heard was continuous banging. The only perk was the check in clerk. I'm sure of her name; however, she was very pleasant. Provided great service and was engaging. She also recommended a great place for dinner.」

「The staff member I engaged with first was rude and did t care that I had called ahead and there was a note on my account. He never offerd the business working area or to sit in the lobby. I was not impressed initially and the hotel is very dated. Also paid for parking when it never stated anything about that when booking and there wasn’t a parking garage. 」

「We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany.」

「1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.」

「This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!」

「Everything was in good condition. Water pressure is low in shower but thats nothing, the A/C unit worked excellent. That is a Big Plus in My book, Overall it was a good hotel for a good Price」

「Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.」

「No amenities, shower had standing water in it , walls and baseboards were dirty, base of the toilet was dirty,and the bathroom mirror had a film over it that you couldn't even see yourself in it. Was quite tho」
