「The staff was very accommodating. It had the vibe of a family kept business and they actually cared about your stay. We arrived super late and they were sooo welcoming. We actually wanted to stay another night and had to change rooms. Which was totally fine bc someone else booked our room. But they worried about me leaving a bad review bc a previous tenant did, about an issue beyond their control. So if i could leave 10 stars...i would. They were all super sweet. I will be back. Absolutely...

「Hotel is in a great location in Ouray and walkable to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking on site. Building was built in the 1800s but has been kept up well. Overall nice booking. 」
