「Rooms were great. Staff was great. Hot Springs tubs were nicely located up a hill and were private with gorgeous views. They were a little slimy but water was clear. Not sure if this was because they were cedar. Wish they just included robes with the room. We didn’t know until too late that they were available at the front desk. Very dog friendly. Breakfast was pretty much the usual for midrange hotels. We came for the hot springs, not the food.」

Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. 」

「Parking was easy, rooms were clean and had fun artifacts, the restaurant next door was nice to have right there, and check-in and out were super easy. 」

「The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay」
