"Bathroom surfaces were not all cleaned. The soap dispenser had dust and hair on it. No sun blind/net curtains for privacy from views. Drapes were not block out, hard to sleep after a long haul flight with sun streaming through. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. However, I liked the property, staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, nice bed. "

"Odd arrangement! Hotel guests are set up in a vacant part of an independant livining area in a senior home. Some Bolt drivers could not find the pickup/dropoff spot at the hotel/senior residence entrance. We booked a larger room/ apartment with kitchenette.. kitchen area was very small and cramped, behind a door.. awkward arrangement... feels like visiting a senior living complex."

"The apt mentions it has a restaurant, but it closed during covid and hasn’t reopened. It does serve an excellent breakfast, but the restaurant isn’t open for lunch or dinner. I was there on an Easter Monday, and the majority of the restaurants in the area were closed for the holiday. I would not have stayed at the hotel if I had known the restaurant was closed. "
