「Modern cosy cottage surrounded by trees yet close to shops & Hobart. Well appointed with all you need. Gorgeous view of harbour, casino lights & snowy mountain tops from suite 2. However, careful the verandah creeper doesn’t “hideaway” this view, when sitting looking out from couch inside. Very comfortable stay. 」

「It's one of the biggest family owned winery in Tasmania, we are just like living in a small village, i feed the chicken every morning, live is so relaxing... However, from the.entrance to the cottage, it takes you a 5 min drive in a rough road, so if you don't have a car, please don't come here or you needa walk for at least 30 min. FYI, Frogmore vineyard is just next door!!」

「We told the host we would arrive after 6pm in Nov and she was there greeting us as soon as we arrived. We liked the kitchen which got all the cooking wares but not sure if there is cooking oil or seasonings. The electric stove was slow to turn on. The host has provided the eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee and juice as well as bread in two sandwich boxes so we could prepare our breakfast. Everywhere in the house, kitchen and bathroom are clean. 「Very nice place but expensive, unfortunately the owners have no experience in hospitality and expect the apartment to be bond cleaned. If you book this place, expect to be harassed and threatened for additional charges.」

「It is a big house with 4 bedrooms in traditional Australian style, enough space to accomodate 8 adults comfortably. The backyard is enough to accomodate a few cars as well. Worth to note that the house is located in quiet residential area, and it is around 5 to 10 mins drive from the downtown Hobart. Generally a happy stay.」

「The tree top views house is a beautiful house located on top of the hill. We really enjoyed the view, the location and the nice set up and decoration of this place. There is a couple minor issues but it didn’t bother us much. The communication was excellent as well. We would recommend the house to anyone.」

「We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by.
