「There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night. 」

「The actual price of the room is 3200 INR when checked from the reception however from Expedia it’s charged around 4000 INR. That’s something made feel more like an issue other than the stay .」

「ondanks ik laat, denk tegen 18.00 uur incheckte kreeg ik geen schone kamer.zoals eerder in india ervaren krijg je als indier snel een rot kamer aangeboden, ik kom uit de west-indies, dus leuk bij mij geprobeerd. receptie arrogant, kreeg nieteens een wifi code, het zo worden doorgebeld, na het terugbellen steeds wachten, stopcontact van de televisie hing letterlijk uit de muur, dus ik liep naar de receptie, waar er men nog aan het halen en trekken was wie dat moest regelen, schandalig, ik liet...
