"Room was neat and clean. Grounds are in horrible shape. I have a small dog and grass has not been cut yet this year. Arrived a little after 5:00pm and even with a reservation they did not have a clean room available. Was not able to get into room until a hour later. I remember when this hotel was built about 20 years ago. They really have let it become very run down."

Evidently going under an ownership change but not acceptable for such a last minute "NO" you do not have a room for the next week!!!"

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

The room was extremely clean and bigger than I expected, with the AC working perfectly (as I like to sleep in a cold room). Breakfast was no-frills (bagels, cereal, juice, etc) but no complaints otherwise. "
