"The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable. The location was fine with a bus around the corner to the train station. We asked for 2 quiet rooms in the basic room category. They had one room that was quiet but said we would have to upgrade to get a quiet room. They gave a discount but it was still annoying after booking far in advance. The front desk personnel were fine but not overly helpful. The communication between us and the staff was not great. They thought we were going to change rooms but no one told us. It wasn’t that big of a deal so I would still stay there again. Haarlem was a great choice…very charming and walkable and less touristy than Amsterdam . "

"Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!"

"We didn’t get off to a good start as we were given a key to someone else’s room. Upon opening the door the room was full of someone else’s belongings. It’s not a nice feeling as it’s a real intrusion into someone’s privacy. "

"Super charming hotel right in the middle historic central Den Haag. Easy access and walking to variety of restaurants and cafes. Public transit options to get to train station within a short block or two. Highly recommend!"
