"The the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. The public areas are beautiful. Our only disappointment was with Palm Beach itself. This is the only Caribbean beach we have been to that does not have crystal clear water. When you walk into the water from the Marriott's beach you cannot see your legs or feet or the sand you are walking on. Every other Caribbean beach we have been to, you can clearly see the bottom at any depth. In addition the sand after you enter the water is soft and mucky and you sink into it, not a pleasant experience. I assume all of Palm Beach has this issue. Eagle Beach appears clearer, however we did not go in the water there."

"I was very surprised at how rude the staff was. It was almost like it was a bother to ask for help. The rooms were old and damp and it was impossible to sleep at night from the extremely loud music coming from a nightclub until 2am."

"Loved the location of thos resort - everything you need within walking distance. For the age of the resort i was impressed with our room, clean, comfortable, no issues. Buffet was smaller than I've had but you also have another breakfast option which we used a few times when the buffet was too busy. Overall we thought the food was good, even my picky husband did just fine. Beach and pool were beautiful but we were super annoyed with how guests just left their trash everywhere. I was constantly picking up after people. There are trash cans everywhere so no excuse. Do better people! This is a beautiful resort and we had a great time. Would highly recommend if you're looking for an all inclusive. We also did the Red Sail catamaran (walk right out in front on beach and hop on) and the Pirate ship sunset cruise (walk out front take right and just a short walk down beach). No cab fares needed or pickups. Perfect! "
