"A safe place for the solo travelers hands down….I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Morgan Resort in St. Maarten. From the quick and easy check-in to the convenient location near both the beach and the maho strip, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, from the front desk and housekeeping to the team out front. Luke and Ravi were especially pleasant and gave some clutch recommendations for places to try during my stay. Charles, omg such a kind spirit. The room was spotless, the view was gorgeous, and the entire property was always beautifully maintained. A special shoutout as well to the lovely bartender at the pool bar who always wore a skirt, she was so sweet! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Was an amazing stay! Our room happened to be ready when we got to the hotel which was great because we were able to get right to the beach. From the coffee bar to breakfast and lunch the food was wonderful on the resort. The gym was beautiful being on the second floor having a beautiful view of the beach! I loved that you had a golf cart to drive you to all of the properties to see everything even the casino. The casino wasn’t huge but had a lot of slots and good amount of tables. Also had a little strip mall behind it with shops, a piano bar and more. The resort was very clean and I loved that I didn’t have to rush every morning for beach chairs there was so many areas ro choose from. They supplied water bottles that you can keep as a souvenir since they don’t use plastic throw away bottles on the property. There was plenty of ice machines and water stations. Beds were very comfortable as well. Was very happy with my stay. Great for a couples get away or girls trip."

All areas are well maintained and very clean. Amenities include a serene pool area and a pristine beach for sunbathing. They offer a variety of restaurants and on-site shops for all vacation needs. Kontiki Resort is a dream destination for romantic getaways, family vacations, or solo retreats. Highly recommended – it’s truly a gem!"
Oyster Bay Beach Resort

"We absolutely loved it there, what really make this place amazing are the people, they treat you as family. Big S/O to Nelson or Oscar (i got his name confused the whole time) at the front desk, to the bartender at Verenda restaurant, to my two Dominicans new friends (Yari) at the Veranda Market and restaurant. Overall, big S/O to all the staff, the cleaning lady assigned to our room Ms Preciouse, what a wonderful lady. The hotel even gave us a free upgrade to a water front apartment. Great place to stay, spacious rooms/apartments, clean property overall, laundry with detergent and softener included, clean gym, free parking and always some sort of activities going on. It was our second visit to Oyster Bay in 3 months, first visit was in February 2026 for 5 days then we went back again in May 2026 for 10 days. We strongly recommend this hotel."

"Place is amazing, food is really Good, Beach is Very nice. Don’t know if I will be back. I would like to be appreciated when I stay and spend money. hotel staff and employees are not friendly. Nobody greets you with a hello or nothing. They walk right by you unless you say Good Morning, Hello or Good Evening first they pretend they don’t even see you. All employees should be evaluated and retrained because business depends on tourism."

"We loved our stay!! We thought the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Emilton from the entertainment was wonderful at the pool . Food was excellent ar all the restaurants. Room was cleaned well and quick. Loved how close it was to town. Can’t wait to come back"
