Lovely stay for a business trip

This is a lovely hotel in a really nice area. The area is pedestrianised so there's no traffic outside which was nice. We used all public transport so this suited us well. The rooms were small but comfortable. The rooftop bar was also very nice although the service was a little slow.

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr zentral

Das Hotel ist ganz neu, es liegt sehr zentral, ist sehr stylisch. Tolle Rooftop-Bar ist gleichzeitig Frühstücksraum. Leider gibt es kein Restaurant im Hotel. Man kann nicht mit dem Taxi vorfahen, da es in einer Fussgängerzone liegt.

Super Hotel in perfekter City-Lage

Schönes Zimmer, schickes Bad, einziges Manko ist, dass wenn man duscht, man das halbe Bad unter Wasser setzt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, v.a. im Frühstücksbereich. Mir wurde sofort mitgeteilt, dass es auch Kaffeespezialitäten mit Milchalternativen gibt. Veganer Aufschnitt, Köse und Aufstriche waren vorhanden. Und das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum großartig.

Leuk hotel, leuke bar en ontbijtruimte alleen mededelen dat het hotel NIET bereikbaar is met de wagen. Is niet duidelijk aangegeven bij de boeking en je mag daar niet komen met een wagen. Graag duidelijk te melden dat je het hotel enkel te voet bereikbaar is zou heel fijn zijn.

Mit Einschränkungen okay bis gut

Unser Comfort Doppelzimmer mit Kingsizebett war sehr klein. Man konnte sich im Zimmer kaum bewegen. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Bad ebenfalls sehr klein. Teppichboden mit elektrischer Aufladung. Zimmer sehr gut isoliert. Frühstück sehr gut mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Hotel für maximal 1-2 Nächte zu empfehlen.

We could check in early which was really great. The rooms are small but functional and for us good enough for 1 night. Perfectly situated at shops and Christmas markets. All accessible. The only issue was parking but there are parking garages at walking distance. Please be informed that on Sundays you can’t access the parking garages, this was a problem for us as you need to call the “emergency” lines and pay euro 50 additionally

Leider war die Rezeption beim Check In nicht informiert, dass die Bar im 7. OG abends für viele Hotelgäste nicht geöffnet war, da sie für eine geschlossene Veranstaltung gebucht war. Sehr schade, sehr enttäuschend. Als Entschädigung gab es einen Voucher für einen Cocktail und einen Frühstücksgutschein, das wiederum war äußerst entgegenkommend und freundlich.

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, aber sauber und zweckmäßig; für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Leider müssen wir wegen des Frühstücks ein paar Punkte abziehen. Grundsätzlich wird Wert auf die Qualität der Produkte gelegt -was wir sehr befürworten- leider wurde, wenn überhaupt, sehr schleppend aufgefüllt -sowohl Geschirr, Getränke als auch Lebensmittel. Man musste sich beeilen, dass man noch was ab bekommt. Dem Personal fehlte es an Mannstärke und Koordination. Die Terrasse könnte dringend eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen, in den Schlitzen am Fenster findet man Zeitungen, Speisekarten und Essensreste.
