The room was extremely small. The hotel is clean except the carpet in the rooms which can only be cleaned up by being replaced. Good price for the conditions offered.

Ich hatte das kleine Einzelzimmer und habe das bekommen was ich erwartet habe. Sehr klein aber dennoch gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es schien alles sehr sauber zu sein. Einzig der Heizkörper war etwas laut, aber nicht weiter der Rede wert. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Hotel Hertzog

Fint centralt beliggende hotel - rent og pænt. Et minus er toilettet, man skal på ingen måde være overvægtig, så er det umuligt at komme på toilettet. Toilettet er klemt ind mellem væggen og brusekabinen. Der er 45 cm, så der er meget meget trangt.

Cocuklu bir aile olarak, cok rahat ettik. Otel sahibi ve calisanlariyla tam bir Turk konuksever. Belma hanimin muhtesem kahvaltisi ve ev sahipligi icin cok tesekkur ederiz. Sehir merkezine 100 m, cok temiz bir otel.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Natürlich keine Komfort wie in einem 5*-Hotel. Werde dieses Hotel in der Nähe zu Kö + Innenstadt bei Bedarf wieder buchen.

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Düsseldorf

Sehr nette Frau am Empfang. Sauber und zentral gelegen. Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort, für einen Abend an der Promenade und in der Altstadt. Für solche Gelegenheiten ein absoluter Tipp.

Für eine Stadtereise zu 4t jederzeit zu empfehlen

Hatte mit 3 Freunden das Familienzimmer. Sehr groß, 2 große Räume plus Badezimmer, bequeme Betten, sauber. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wie die Einzelzimmer und Doppelzimmer aussehen weiß ich nicht, aber von meinem Eindruck her, kann ich die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Für einen Tag in Düsseldorf mit Übernachtung würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

Prima budget hotel

Hotel Herzog is een prima plek voor mensen die een simpele, schone en prettig hotel zoeken om Dusseldorf te verkennen. Het oude centrum is op loopafstand.

Perfektes Hotel für Party-/Shopping-Wochenende

Kleines, familiär geführtes Hotel mit super nettem Personal :-) Sehr kleines und enges Bad; aber ist für ein Wochenende auf jeden Fall machbar! Super Lage; Kö und Altstadt in 8-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe kostet Wochenendtarif 4,00 EUR (!!!) pro Tag! Genial! Frühstück ausreichend und lecker! Aufzug ist fast fertig....

Poor experience in Düsseldorf

Arrived for our one night stay to find out that a marathon race in town and they lock town down for entire next day. Would be stuck there till four pm. Our check out is at 11:00. We decided not to stay due to missing our next check in and that we were placed eight flights up with no elevator. I have two bad knees and husband has a bad hip. We were charged full amount and feel we deserve credit or compensation.

Oda resimlerde gördüğümden daha eskiydi ve otelde tadilat vardı. Yine de akşam uyumak için kullanacaksanız fiyatına göre gayet yeterli. Oda ve banyosu oldukça temiz. Sürekli kaynar sıcak su var ve dışarısı -10derece olmasına rağmen odanın içi sıcacıktı. Yakınında süpermarket de var ve şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltıya 10€ vermeyin ama. Onun yerine çok daha ucuza çok daha iyi kahvaltı yaparsınız. Genel olarak tavsiye ederim.
