Nice hotel but no elevator

Nice and cosy hotel with good breakfast and also neighbour to a very good resataurant. Only disadvantage is that is no elevator wit quiate a steep stair. Not so nice when you have a lot of luggage.

Excellent hospitality. The staff supported my stay very well. I also enjoy the bar. Even though my room didn't have a bathtub, I'm satisfied with the sauna. For bus transportation, keep in mind 737 bound for Düsseldorf station skips the nearest bus stop "D-Am Zault."

Great price / quality with dogs for free

The room is well-equipped and large enough for two people and 2 dogs. The service was good and there were some free drinks in the fridge (never seen this before) and the price was more than fair, especially as the dogs could stay for free! So for that price (€60), someone can't wish anything more, to be honest.

Great hospitality. I stayed other 2 hotels of same price range (Dusseldorf and Berlin), this hotel is the best. I don't mind about kinda instagenic. And more conscious about hospitality, maintained room facility and cozy. DORMERO has all of them. Greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und konnten schon früh auf unser Zimmer. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Schön, dass alle Getränke in der Minibar gratis waren. Super Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist nicht grottenschlecht, aber eben auch nicht super. Es gibt gute Kleinigkeiten (wie der Late Check Out bis 14 Uhr am Wochenende oder die kleine, kostenlose „Mini Bar“) und viele nicht ganz so gute. Ein NoGo ist jedoch, wenn man nachts nicht mehr in sein Zimmer kommt. Zumal die dann angebotene Lösung (Anruf, um sich eine Ersatzkarte aus einem Tresor zu holen) nicht optimal ist. Ich jedenfalls musste 5x anrufen bis jemand abgehoben und mir alles erklärt hat.
