Great stay for 3 days. Very close to train station which is ideal. Enjoyed my stay although staff seemed quite rude and abrupt when asking any questions.

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. The location was very central, the tram station is in front of the door and the main station is very close. The room was clean but had a weird smell like ashtray. I also think for this price they should be able to put at least a pair of disposable slippers and glass to drink water. In general it was okay but I think for their prices it could be better

Alles in Allem für 1 Nacht gute Unterkunft, Preis Leistung wirklich gut. Da die Klimaanlage viel zu kalt war bei Ankunft, war das Zimmer auch die restliche Zeit zu kühl, trotz der Ausschaltung, ließ sich nicht höher stellen. Frühstück war lecker .

時間外チェクインに注意。

ビジネス用のホテルです。トラムなどの交通機関もすぐ近くで、移動しやすい場所にあります。しかし、場所的にはデュッセルドルフの駅裏側にあたり、住宅街の中にあるイメージです。交通機関も便利かつ宿泊費も安いうえ寝るだけなら十分ですが、華やかな街並みを楽しみたいなら、駅表側ホテルをお勧めします。それとフロントは24時間対応では無いことに注意。フライトが遅れて深夜到着になってしまい、初日のチェックインには苦労しました。時間外のチェックインは、電話で連絡してフロント対応してくれる人を呼び出す必要がありました。たまたな通りかかったホテルゲストに電話してもらい、何とかチェックインできました。

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dem Personal. Positiv für uns war, dass wir dort kostenlos parken konnten in der Tiefgarage. Es gibt eine U Bahnstation und S Bahnstation direkt vorm Haus. Man braucht 10-15 min in die Stadt damit. Gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war klein und zur Straßenseite sehr laut. Trotz Ohrenstöpsel und geschlossenem Fenster war an Schlaf in der Nacht nicht zu denken. Das Zimmer war durch das geschlossene Zimmer sehr warm, Klimaanlage machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Der Badezimmerlüfter war defekt, das Bettlaken war nicht sauber. Im allgemeinen hätte das Zimmer sauberer sein können. Schimmelflecken an den Badezimmerfliesen und Staubflusen auf dem Teppich. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen

Moin, für uns war es völlig in Ordnung. Etwas Schimmel an den Versiegelungen in der Dusche, eine völlig lose WC-Brille und eine rechte Gardine, die aus der Schiene geraten ist sind die einzigen Mängel. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Hotel liegt zentral . Aber es wäre gut wenn man wüsste wie das mit der tiefgarage funktioniert. Erst geucht dann konnte man von dort aus nicht zur receptionum einzuchecken. Waren um 14.45 dort aber an der reception war erst jemand ab 17.00.. wir standen in der tiefgarage und konnten niemand erreichen um uns zu erklären wie wir zu fuss wieder rauskommen. Ich finde es müsste zumindest tel. immer jemand erreichbar sein. Also in zukunft nur noch hotel mit dauer besetzter rezeption zukunft Bis wir endlich
