「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

「A small, intimate and immaculate establishment - like your own little villa! Not only was the breakfast (hot and cold) awesome, but it was the extra little touches that made an impression. Our suites were so luxurious and well appointed, with secure garden parking that our...

Dirty, with mould and dust. Nothing wrong with bedding from Sheet Street, but at the prices per night, not worth it. The pillows are mere suggestions of a pillow, thin as anything. Cockroaches when the sun goes down. One curtain where two is definitely needed, and worn with some holes. I get...
