Staff was courteous loved fress coolies at arrivals the was outdated but staff kept clean looks like a recent remodel inside bathroom. I feel that when your a full service hotel and charge for the extra things such as parking etc you should live up to those charges parking lot did not seem like it ...

The front desk employee….the man, the myth, the legend….Doug once again outperformed all expectations of customer service at check in and meet and greet. Also the lady too that checked us out of the hotel was super nice!
