「The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. 」

「A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.」

「5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend.
