「Nice , 2nd time staying here , no complaints, staff nice and helpful. Property showing a little wear and tear but nothing major . Enjoyed my stay there as a stop off before going on my cruise .」

「The total has good amenities and a good gym. The food was ok. The hotel was let down by poor and inconsistent service. We were told that tables in the restaurant could not be booked in advance as that evening England were playing. This was confirmed by the person on reception, only to find that nearly all the tables has indeed been reserved when we went down to the restaurant with some of them standing empty for hours until the football started. We then had to wait about half an hour for food...
