「Nice clean room, convenient location, decor, furnishings, and bathroom fixturing is dated, but in good condition. Will be staying again as it’s a very affordable room with super comfortable beds, cold AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a TV. Was worried it would be noisy as it’s close to a main road, but it was super quiet and I slept like a rock.」

「The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We stayed for 8 nights and on day 5 (we had not wanted it cleaned before then) I requested they clean our room and was told it couldn't be done that day because they hadn't planned on it. So it got cleaned the next day, as I was on the "schedule". The lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful though. Breakfast was good, but it is the exact same thing everyday.」

「This hotel is old. And not the charming New England old, but rather run down old. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and no counter to place your toiletries on. It was fairly quiet but on our second night a dog in the room next-door was barking between 10 and 11 PM. I liked the price and the proximity to Groton. Otherwise, probably one of the worst looking motels I I’ve stayed in in a long time. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating.」

「The window on our room was not closing well, screen was missing . We reported it right away, but was not not fixed. They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!).」

「Customer service was horrible. Yes we was a big party but the lady was super rude. The beds were hard as hell. Tube was not clean. Seemed like they only cleaned the beds. It was a horrible experience.」

「The 240 year old Birchwood Inn was a wonderful experience, quiet, quaint, and relaxing. The owner, Amy, is very welcoming and professional.」

「We checked in at midnight but the staff was really friendly to help me. The room is not big but absolutely clean. One thing that surprise me is the breakfast, its really good, i love the hot scramble eggs cereal, and we can make waffle by ourselves. Also, there are many kind of nut you can take it. I just love it all. I would recommend you come, but its better to have a car, it is 30 mins drive to Boston. In addition, the nearby live environment is high level area, so it safe to stay there.」
