「Comfortable stay. Convenient location. Wonderful staff.」

「The property sits 500 yards off a very busy highway and the noise was unreal. The room smelled the carpet was so soiled I didn't put the luggage on the floor. Bathroom was dingy paint peeling with hole near edge the drain plug was hanging on the soap shelf. It was a HUGE misrepresentation and left out serious issues with the condition of the room on their listing. We decided to leave and find better accommodations had been in the room less than an hour and they charged us a full night and...

「There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels...

「The staff here was extremely accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clean room, hot tub was very nice. Didn't make it up for breakfast.」

「I've stayed at this location several times. While it is fairly basic, the service is always very kind and polite. The only thing I can say that needs a change would be updating the bathrooms. Mine was missing the heat lamp bulb and the towel mat had a stain on it. Otherwise, I absolutely plan on staying here again. There's a Kwik Trip across the street, as well as a family restaurant that does an awesome breakfast.」
