The price was very reasonable. No protein at the breakfast, however, I wasn't disappointed because with the reasonable the price I didn't have a complaint. The refrigerator and Ice machine were good. Overall it was a nice stay and if I am in Eau Claire again I would stay there again. Thank You

Clean room and bathroom. Large comfortable bed and well furnished room. Continental breakfast and price is much lower than near by hotels. Kwik Trip across is a additional benefit, open 24 hours.

The room was dingy and stale smelling. We had stained towels and sheets, the outlet for the wall-mounted hairdryer didn't work, there was trash in the fridge, and cigarette burns on the toilet seat. The exterior of the property is dirty, with cigarette butts everywhere, the steps to the second floor are squishy and the outdoor carpeting is ripped. The complementary breakfast was dismal in appearance and contents.

It was a large room and clean. The bathroom exhaust fan was excessively loud and the remote didn’t initially work however they changed the batteries and it still worked slow but the next morning it was better. Overall it was a good place to stay on a budget.

Don’t judge this hotel by its exterior. It may look like a motel from the outside, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including a microwave, fridge, TV, sofa, and reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, a great stay with no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Very outdated room interior and exterior looked very rundown. The price was higher than it should have been. Keurig coffee machine was the only saving grace for breakfast.
