"Front desk staff was excellent. Friendly and conversational. Made a great recommendation for dinner. Room needs TLC. Primarily clean but cob webs on ceiling and around high fixtures. Window has a literal bullet hole in the first pane and the patch job just made it look worse. Fan on unit would not stay on to help with noise, which was high. Constant creeping from the unit above us, which seemed really odd for a concrete structure. Saturday night guests were incredibly loud in the lobby area at 2am and it took over 30 minutes staff to clear them out. Sunday morning, went to eat breakfast at 8am to be told it would be at least 30 minutes for eggs, bacon, etc. to be replenished. Honestly disappointed in our overall experience as it was not up to the standard of other Holiday Inn Express' we have stayed at."

"This was a terrible experience. The property was in a very scary part of Pittsburgh if you are not from the area. There were air purifiers that had vents through the widows. You were unable to lock the widows. The mattress was basically a a board. The pics are very deceiving. Try to contact the property owners and nobody responded. Terrible experience. "

"I called when I made my reservation to make sure their pool was running they assured me it was 5 days prior to my arrival when I got there the pool was down for maintenance I feel they could have told me that is the only reason why I went there the receptionist was not in a good mood the breakfast was terrible they have really gone down in my opinion the only good thing I encountered was the breakfast lady named Martha she was absolutely the nicest one there ! "Everything about our stay was wonderful. First time traveling with a baby and the staff was so accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Will always choose this place when traveling to Irwin."
