「This quaint little town was the highlight of my trip. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfy except the pillows were hard. There is a lovely rooftop patio which was a definite bonus. We left before breakfast so can’t offer commentary but would definitely book here again」

「This must be the best hostel in Gallway. Everybody were super friendly. The hostel is new and everything works very well. We enjoyed the trad session (traditional Irish music) at the hostel on our first evening. On our second night we took part in the hostel dinner. This hostel is located in the center of town close to everything. I can warmly recommend the hostel.」

「We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent. While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands. 「Front desk staff were excellent. Location is close to shops and restaurants but just enough distance that it’s quiet. We had a nice spacious room, and beds were comfortable. Having parking in such a busy town was a huge benefit. We would stay again. 」
