「Beautiful public areas. The restaurant was good but no coffee before 8 AM available. Hotel room furniture is very dated but clean and if you are only sleeping in the room and not there, all day it is fine. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful.」

「This is a modern hotel which looks good from the outside, but we found it seriously lacking in a number of areas. First, we stayed for three days, but our room was never cleaned at all. I thought it was an oversight after the first night, but the second night the housekeeping staff was again a "no show." We told the front desk, and of course they profusely apologized. But cleaning a hotel room should be automatic each day! Two days in a row of neglect is serious. We also left our tray of used...

「Room was clean and had air conditioning. Shower was good, no complaints. Lifts worked, great access to downtown. I didn't book parking at the building but they validated parking at the near by parking garage so it gave a comparable rate.」

At night the girl serving as hostess was also the one who checked us in. Although the hotel wasn't in the heart of the main shopping, restaurant and pub area it was a quick taxi ride to get there. Parking on site was very convenient.」
