Rose garden on the premises of Larnach Castle, on the hills of the Otago Peninsula very close to Dunedin, New Zealand. Entrance fee is only NZD15 and for that you can spend hours admiring the garden, not just roses but plentiful of other rare species of flowers and plants.

The way to the castle was eerie because of the fog. Just what you want when you stay the night in a castle! I arrived at 5pm. On time to prepare for the supper and evening. Beautiful place. Of course I have pictures of the inside but cannot publish them. You will have to go see for yourself! Nice place. They restored it. It is beautiful. The gardens are great. The accommodations are superb and the food is delightful... A must if you are in Dunedin.

Clean room (daily housekeeping) in a convenient location. Limited but adequate breakfast. WiFi was slow and recommission was sometimes required. Sound attenuation between rooms seemed limited.
