「Lovely spacious, clean & comfortable apartment in excellent location few minutes walk to Wells & shops. Good place to stay for exploring other attractions around the area, Cheddar Gorge, Haynes Motor Museum, Bath, etc. I would highly recommend especially for a couple. Not suitable for wheelchair bound or those who have difficulty with stairs as it is situated on the fourth floor with four flights of stairs to climb.」

「Friendly guy on reception but took over an hour to check in as there were many guests waiting to be checked in at 3pm Very manual process of finding the guest on the paper list then issuing the door key My room was not supplied with toilet paper so I had to go to reception and ask for a roll Bins were not empty from the previous day」

「Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also.」

「I work nights so don’t really get to see anyone but all amenities are here,fair amount of road noise but that’s down to me working nights not the fault of property 」
