在古城區的旅館，地點很棒 接待人員Anna很親切，跟我們清楚解說附近旅遊景點和生活機能，讓我們感覺很溫暖。 飯店重新裝修，清潔又乾淨 我們住的房間很安靜，可能是寒冬淡季沒什麼觀光客。

就在老城的酒店

在老城里的酒店，就在主街旁。楼下都是餐厅，去景点很方便。特别是对与我们喜欢在下午稍微休息一下的人来说很方便。可以吃完饭回房间睡上一小觉。价格不算太便宜。

地點優，服務人員親切

位於舊城區中心，購物、吃飯都很方便，旅館接待人員很親切，但櫃台非24小時有人，旅館會寄信詢問抵達時間。樓下就是旅館經營的餐廳，用餐可打9折，東西好吃不貴，服務生也很熱情。缺點是沒有電梯，需扛行李上下樓，我們訂的兩間房，一間門很難開，一間的熱水瓶打不開蓋子，奮力打開後發現都是水垢......除此之外住宿期間還蠻開心的。

The area was too loud to be able to sleep in. I had no running hot water on two different occasions (and no, I didn't turn off the boiler switch). Finally, I felt rushed and a lack of attention during my check-in, a transaction vs. a welcoming stay.

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.

Really nice place to stay right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town. So convenient to walk the town. They don’t tell you, we found out by chance, that you get a 20% discount at their restaurant. The only negative, although I didn’t let it affect my 5* review is that although they supply a kettle in the room they don’t supply tea or coffee. I have hot comment on this only because I found it funny.. when I queried why there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, the manager said “This isn’t the Hilton”. But don’t let that bother you, it’s a minor point.

The hairdryer that was supposed to be in the room was missing, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, the light bulb was out, the towels weren't changed every three days as they were supposed to, and my bottle of makeup remover was missing. When I told the owner about this, he became furious and said, "This is not a hotel." I understand that some trouble is unavoidable, but the owner's arrogant attitude was the worst.

Rooms Tezoro is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik! It’s not technically a hotel, so don’t expect full-service amenities—but that’s not a dealbreaker. The location is excellent, and the guys at the restaurant across the street handle the front desk and guest needs—they’re super friendly and helpful, though sometimes busy with restaurant duties. Our room was clean and comfortable; one small suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a Dubrovnik visit!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana ad agosto e, sinceramente, non mi sento di consigliarla. Le stanze sono piccole, arredate in modo approssimativo, la struttura è datata e poco curata, e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Al mio arrivo ho trovato polvere e persino una bottiglia di Coca-Cola vuota sotto il letto, segno evidente che i pavimenti non erano stati puliti dopo gli ospiti precedenti. Inoltre, diversi dettagli strutturali erano trascurati: la porta del bagno non si chiudeva, pavimenti e piastrelle risultavano rovinati, la porta della doccia non si chiudeva correttamente e la finestra, che affacciava sulla strada, non garantiva una chiusura adeguata. L’unico vero punto a favore è la posizione, davvero comoda, ma a mio avviso questa sistemazione può andare bene solo come ultima opzione, per giovani e per un soggiorno molto breve (massimo 2-3 giorni).
