「Pros: Located in the old town close to all restaurants and shops. Cons: you need to climb up 109 steps to get to the room, these are stone, uneven and tall steps, not an easy climb. The room felt crowded with unnecessary decor and felt dirty, with only a tiny window so it felt like a dungeon. I found an old soap hiding by the sink, the kettle was absolutely filthy with gunk at the bottom of it. Cleaning is only every three days by request. 「We really enjoyed our stay and we are so glad we selected this hotel. We had a corner room with balcony with amazing views of the beach. Lovely and secluded and a nice spot to have a drink in the evening. Our room was really clean and the staff were friendly. 「The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.」
