Honestly a great place to stay! Can’t beat the location, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Although what truly made it special was the staff, they were absolutely amazing, specifically Kolinda. She was an absolute sweetheart and helped make our trip feel special! 10/10 would stay here again

We had an amazing stay here. Room was clean, host Kolinda was very responsive and super helpful during our stay. Air conditioning worked well. But the best part was the location, right inside the city walls and easy to get anywhere you needed. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great location right as you enter the Pile Gate. Check in was easy and they helped us with luggage up the stairs. Fresh water coolers available plus hot water and instant coffee. From is beautiful with tall ceilings. Bathrooms are new. Coordination with staff was very timely. Thank you for great visit to Dubrovnik! Also, pile gate is one entry point for the City walls walk.

Thomas was excellent at helping us be comfortable with our stay. This is a prime location. Right next to Pile Gate so rolling luggage to it was very easy. Excellent view of the plaza and ancient fountain and church from our window. Access to the wall is right across the plaza. This is the hotel you want to stay in.

Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. Reception not always attended however was helpful at carrying my luggage up the stairs. ACCOMODATION UNSAFE PRACTICES- Standard check out is 10am however housekeeping entered my room at 9.30am without knocking or any announcement on the day of checkout. This was a major privacy breach and created panic at my end as I was getting dressed from my shower. Feedback was passed on to management and I was reassured staff will be informed of this issue. Nevertheless my privacy and trust was breached and I shall likely never return.
