The location within the old town is excellent, just steps away from Cathedral of Saint Bavo. Being able to return to the room and take a rest during sightseeing was extremely convenient and appreciated. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. In addition, having a suite room made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town. Ideally situated for everything. The apartment was well equipped and clean. We were met on arrival which was great as they were happy to point out places of interest on a town map they supplied. Would recommend to everyone.

Location was ideal in old town. Irena host was punctual and helpful with map to location. Entrance through Marco Polo restaurant was a bit awkward but helped orientation in myriad streets. Coffeemaker needs clearer instructions. Noise from street below .

Very clean and convenient place. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Only quibbles - during the afternoon the upstairs neighbor is stomping and thumping back and forth. The hot water also needs time to warm back up but such a nice and cozy stay!

The location of this place made my overall stay in Dubrovnik just fantastic. There are 22 steps up to this quiet, very sweet, and well-appointed studio in the heart of magical Old Town. It's been remodeled with great amenities (had to put some appliances aside for counter space, furnishings, and surfaces, and all the colors, lighting, linens, etc. made it so very comfortable to be there. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent - right in the heart of the old town, close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet despite being so central. The apartment was exactly as described, in good condition, and offered plenty of space for two people. The host, Irena, was incredibly kind and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. She also gave us great recommendations for some of her favorite cafés and restaurants and where to find grocery store. We tried a few of them, and they turned out to be among the best dinners we had during our trip. The only minor challenge was finding the apartment at first, as the entrance is located at the back of an alley that’s used as the dining area for Marco Polo restaurant. Which is great place to eat by the way. Overall, we would happily stay here again.

This property was in an excellent position in the old town, having a kitchenette was a bonus and for anyone who wants to self cater this would be a boon. The apartment was clean and big enough for two people. It was very hard to find and had no signage at all, so I would advise getting very detailed directions or as we did phone up when we couldn’t find it. Finally, on ebookers there was the option fir this to be a twin, which is why I booked it, but when we arrived it was a king size bed with no twin option

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful, with the exception of the noise coming from upstairs, and the musky smell from being an old building. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the place was perfect, close to all sites and the great restaurant Marco Polo. I recommend this place!

We tried several times to contact the owner to get information about check-in, without success. We arrived in the city at night and had nowhere to stay. We had to find other accommodation and were lucky to have found one, since it was Saturday night and the city was packed. I do not recommend it.
