Amazing stay at villa Filaus Great location and beautiful property Very close to restaurants , beach and local transport to old town . ( about 10 mins away , bus drivers think they are formula 1 drivers) Supermarket TOMMY across the road for all essentials and a great bakery Anita the host was amazing ( did she ever go home) Great information on what and where to go Suffering from really bad cold and not long after found a big box of tissues on my bed , great service Anita Breakfast was at mama Mia’s a 5 min walk away , choice was ok , but due to bakers in TOMMY supermarket being so good , breakfast was on balcony every morning , pistachio croissant STUNNING Sunsets on beach amazing , will be back

Bien situé par rapport à la ligne de bus qui mène à la vieille ville. Très belle chambre bien équipée avec terrasse. Petit déjeuner à l’extérieur auprès d’un partenaire à 300 m. Beaucoup de formules mais il vous manque toujours un ingrédient pour être pleinement satisfait. Quantité à peine suffisante. Supermarché à proximité pour compléter.

The villa looks beautiful from outside but no front desk when we arrived and we stayed 3 days and did not see any employee at the reception. For the price we paid, we should have had a human being assisting + housekeeping service vs feeling like an airbnb unit. The bathroom had a very strong odor ; no curtains in bathroom and could not iron clothes but Anita was nice enough and replaced it. Even though Anita was responsive via whatapp , she stopped responding to us when we checked out a day earlier due to safety/smell concerns . She said that she will talk to Supervisor buts been several days and two messages. i would appreciate if Management would reimburse the last day

Great private residence with only a handful of rooms. Anita the manager was so friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely small hotel in great location

This is a charming place in a wonderful location in the seaside Lapad area of Dubrovnik—away from the tour buses and cruise ships, but an easy bus ride or Uber to the walled city. Anita was wonderful, providing lots of great info for our stay—we had two lovely meals at restaurants she recommended. A nice full breakfast was provided at a restaurant a short walk from the hotel. The room was clean and lovely, with a little espresso machine! The only downside to the stay was that the room got a bit humid with the AC on and there was no cleaning service between our two nights (but we didn’t ask if it was available, and just washed our coffee cups out—no problem at all—just not consistent with other hotels).

Great boutique hotel

Very comfortable room, everything one needed, plus free parking a bonus, Anita was very attentive and helpful. Free breakfast at nearby “Mama Mia” was good. Local restaurants were also good.

This place was a lovely gem! Beautiful, comfortable rooms with a wonderful large balcony. Close to promenade and restaurants and also east acress to bus line. Anita was very helpful with great information. Would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! The hotel was quiet, had its own pool and was within walking distance of the beach. Restaurants nearby and a quick journey by bus into Dubrovnik old town. Staff at the hotel are excellent from the front of desk to housekeeping. Would highly recommend.

Great small hotel, Anita was amazing and very welcoming and helpful. The only down side - the Ii s hotel has an off-site breakfast, the restaurant is close, but breakfast is below average. Otherwise, great place.
