This is close to the city centre. It is basic, but excellent. Do, if you want a TV in your room forget it. It is clean, there is a kitchen and it is quiet. I wanted somewhere to stay overnight as I have a transatlantic flight and further flights

Friendly staff and very handy for Smithfield team stop with good connections to the rest of the city - don’t forget to get a LEAP card before getting on public transport.

I will always stay here when visiting Dublin. This is my 2nd stay. The area is relatively poor, but a short walk to plenty of retail and easy walk to main parts of Dublin. Parking is on the street and can be paid by ticket machine or with an app, so it is convenient. 1st floor has a Mexican restaurant that also is a good place to get varied coffees, etc. The rooms have nice work desks, the WiFi is good. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low-cost, clean, convenient place to stay in Dublin.

Great stay for one night in Dublin. Good value for money. Described as a double bed but it felt very small though, especially as we were two friends sharing rather than a couple. Would have benefitted from a bath mat. Kitchen was supposed to have tea and coffee provided but it wasn't clear where this was.
