The street noise was an issue. However, I knew that going in. It’s a location problem, not a hotel problem. Soundproofing the building might be something the hotel wants to consider. Overall a good experience.

The location & the staff are unbeatable!!! We arrived off an international long-haul flight at 9 AM, and they had us accommodated within an hour & a half instead of us having to wait until 3 PM! When we inquired about hair conditioner, they provided an entire bottle in our bathroom when we got back from a Trinity College tour. Exceptional! Our only negative is the sound at night from the street, but that is simply a given in this location, and we knew that going in.

La chambre d’hôtel était adjacente à plusieurs pubs. Musique éclatante jusqu’à 2:30am. Impossible de dormir. Le personnel était très courtois.

The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. The location was right in the middle of the Temple Bar Action, convenient to get around to many of the sites and catch transportation. We did not realize how noisy it would be all night long and into 2:30 AM. (we should have known when we saw the ear plugged by every bed.) we may not have been bothered by the noise from the pubs below the window, but we needed to get up early the next morning to catch our flight. Not a good fit for our travel plans.
