I’m glad I had different reservations so that I can make more comments here. I will not stop raving about the amazing staff. Everyone is so well trained. customer service is 10/10, staff were very accommodating, the location of the hotel was very central, my room blew me away, the view was fantastic, i will definitely come back to the hotel. it was really amazing and the restaurant had a good variety of breakfast and dinner.

Staff - excellent, from front to housekeeping. All guest are well received. Property itself is very relaxing, this includes both rooms and communal areas.

Yet again a wonderful stay, staff are the one of the best I have encountered. Roland in concierge and team, Raj in housekeeping was exceptional, Rajeev and team as always exceptional at breakfast with all the guest and of course front desk. All work with a smile and no matter what pressures are placed on them, they go the extra mile. Great hotel, great amenities, location works. Don’t hesitate in booking, I have stayed in a few on this stretch, this is the best.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular! Our suite was spacious. The website doesn’t do this place , my expectations were exceeded. The hotel was massive and extravagant. Loved that it wasn’t too busy. We traveled 33 hours from Hawaii to Dubai for the Runway Dubai Fashion show. I was so exhausted but I was very impressed with the staff here. From having our driver ready to pick us up in the Mercedes van and being able to hop in and just relax, then arriving at the hotel with all the Bellmen ready to assist, the receptionists who quickly checked me in and took care of me my entire stay, to the Room Service, the amazing food available, the cleaners, the extra security I felt with the elevators, the cameras, and the security downstairs, I felt so safe here. Everyone was so nice. I loved how they greeted us every time they saw us. A couple of the Belman actually came upstairs to come help me deliver my fashion designs to the ballroom, he did it in such a discrete way. I appreciated that so much. My partner who came with me was visiting Dubai for the first time and he was beyond impressed. I always love my trips to Dubai but this one by far was the best due to the staff here at H hotel Dubai. I absolutely love the restaurant downstairs, Enish. Amazing experience with African food. Loved the interior design and just the overall vibe. The DJ was on point. 10/10 highly recommended H Hotel. Staying here made me want to have a destination wedding here. I’m excited to come back.
We had to do a couple photo shoots because it was just so beautiful in here.
Such an extravagant hotel. My only regret is not getting a professional photographer to shoot all my designs in this beautiful hotel. But don’t worry I’ll be back.
Enish was amazing. These were complementary desserts that we got. Top-notch service, beautiful interior design, amazing vibe, great DJ… mark my words I’ll be back to get married in the ballroom and then in this spot for the after party LOL

Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice.

Truly great staff made up for the urgently needed uplift in the rooms and floors corridors. I think with a small Investmemt, the rooms can see a remarkable improvement. Also the carpets in the corridors looks like it’s from an ancient civilization.
