My family and I had an excellent experience at Studio M. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. They treated us very well and were super attentive to our asks. This place and staff were very accommodating at the beginning. They gave us a free upgrade. At the end, no one informed us that the dryer doesn’t dry. All of our clothes were soaking wet when we were checking out. The staff did nothing to help, knowing they have an industrial dryer.

Best experience we ever had. Plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Lots of options for vegetarian people. Room Service was excellent. Check in was easy and very Friendly. Basel and Anwar at the check in counter were Amazing. We were Stuck in Dubai because of the War. General Manager Amr and 2 other Managers Ahmed and Gulzar went beyond their Way to help us out. These Guys are so nice, they were making us feeling better all the time. They were sharing the flight information with us ( which flights are departing. Rooms were very spacious and the housekeeping was amazing. Good Value for your Money. Studio M Arabian plaza is the best hotel in Dubai and the staff is even better.

The place is conveniently located near many facilities that travelers may need. The pool was good, especially for those who enjoy swimming, as the weather can feel quite hot- particularly if you are coming from cold, snowy countries. The staff are professional and friendly. I would recommend this place if you are planning to visit the UAE.

Some members of the staff sounded unprofessional over the phone; their tone came across as mocking at times. However, there was a wonderful Egyptian gentleman who was very kind and helpful, and his assistance was greatly appreciated. I would suggest that the hotel consider offering a better deal or special rate for guests who stay for an extended period, especially during challenging times like these. Overall, the stay was alright. Thank you all.
