Room 203... (Sept 13-28) My 2nd experience with Savoy Crest continued where I left off from the first. Although the room I had this time was the studio with balcony which suit me well to my needs (Thank you Bilal) Again, I have not ran into any difficulties during my stay and a huge thank you to the entire staff once again for the superb service.

The hotel is based in a residential area and it’s quite a walk (15 mins) to Burjuman mall. All the main restaurants are around the mall area. The hotel itself is very clean and staff and very helpful.

Great location great service

The service was top notch. Always very helpful and out 6 month old baby was always entertained by the staff. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach and shopping mall each day which was great. Nice big rooms with all you need to cook by yourselves, while the food was also good. Nice pool with jacuzzi and sauna. All in all a great experience.

It's fine

It was ok. You get what you pay for. The room was comfortable but was in need of a refresh, some mold in the bathroom etc. all of the towels smelled bad. Every day new towels and even the pool towels and they all had an odd smell. I spoke to front desk but nothing was done I guess it's just the way the storage cupboard smells. They use rubbing alcohol to clean and sanitize the rooms and that leaves a strong residual smell as well. If you are at all sensitive to smells this is not the place for you. The gym was decent and clean. Staff were all very nice and friendly

Hotel meraviglioso! Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo per una settimana. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, molto cordiali e sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora. La camera era molto spaziosa, sempre ordinata e pulita. La colazione molto varia, sia di cibo dolce che salato. La posizione ottima, ci sono dei supermercati/famarcia in prossimità dell’hotel, la metro anche ma per il caldo abbiamo sempre usufruito dei taxi che potete chiamare direttamente alla reception. Dista solo 10 min di macchina per il Burj Kalifa/Dubai mall. Siamo stati talmente bene che ci dispiaceva tanto lasciare lo staff per tornare in Italia! Grazie mille per questa esperienza, semmai dovessimo ritornare a Dubai torneremo sicuramente da voi
