I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not welcoming and seemed quite rude. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, they were dismissive and unhelpful whenever I asked for assistance. The overall service did not meet the basic expectations of hospitality. Communication with the team was difficult, and it felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, this really affected my stay and left a negative impression. I was hoping for a pleasant experience, but the poor attitude of the staff made it quite the opposite. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Warm welcome, room clean, services good, near to 2 Metro stations & bus station, shopping area, rooms not sounds proof 1 issue: give us 1 Access card for room this gives some difficulty when the room mate need to go outside
