The hotel had the best service. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and fantastic from the bellman at the door to the front office supervisor, the F&B supervisors, the restaurant servers to the chef.

Nice place and close to the metro.

A nice family stay. The hotel room is not very spacious. The breakfast was great. 2 blocks from the metro station and easy access to the city. The pool at the top was nice to relax in the end of the day. Not very far of the airport.

The area is fairly quiet without many places to eat but it is close the metro station with access elsewhere. It's very safe outside and not far from World Trade Centre, Burf Khalifa or Deira It's a typical Novotel as we have in Europe, perhaps slightly more luxurious. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
