Spacious and comfortable rooms. Customer service is great. Only thing is that the area is a little remote. There is no tar road, just a gravel road. I would recommend the place to others based on the large apartment, comfortable beds, big screen android TV and great customer service.

I purchased a deluxe apartment but on arrival I was given an economy room and was told by the property that al the rooms are the same price and that Expedia are selling apartments economy, deluxe etc without their knowledge. The bathroom was smelling of urine she I had to clean it before using. No utensils and missing plates and essential cutlery. Had to ask for a toaster and extra plates- received it after asking more than once. Shower water pressure was very low and trickling and the drain was blocked- meaning you were standing in a puddle of dirty water. Reception was notified but no outcome. Spoke to Expedia since the start of the holiday about the rooms and requested a refund in the difference in price. Still nothing and it hasn’t been sorted.

personnel de l’hôtel surtout le veilleur de nuit pas sympa, grosse inondation dans la chambre un tuyau à explosé , l’hôtel se trouve au bord d’une autoroute donc bruit insupportable, l’hôtel est loin de tout il faut soit taxi soit voiture, salle de sport inexistante, confort de la chambre moyen , bref à faire absolument ils nous ont gâché nos vacances.

Extremely Disappointing Stay

Not that pleasant. Almost impossible to locate by all taxis. Be prepared to spend a fortune on transportation as metered Taxis will certainly spend more time locating the hotel hence you pay almost double or more. Even though it is supposedly close to the creek metro station, being in a construction area means you will need to walk in dust for almost 30 minutes if you try anything other than metered taxi to get out and about. Got charged an additional $600 Dirham for day 1 even though I fully prepaid and arrived around 1am for check in. My reservation confirmation clearly stated checkin was 24hrs and checkout was 11am. Not fully transparent there. TV was terrible, hardly any picture from cable service. Central AC/Heater not working as expected throughout our stay. Technicians could not fix. You cannot raise temp if the room is cold. No room cleaning service so you are stuck with dirt for your entire stay. Staff were friendly though. Reservation shows breakfast included but they denied that and so no breakfast was provided. Worst of all, no restaurants in the area or vicinity so be prepared for long drive to nearest mall or restaurants or order delivery.
Try raising temp up if you are cold, good luck with that. Rather than heat up the rooms, it actually becomes cooler.
