Compared to a close by hotel, Lewana scored much higher, in staff welcoming, room cleanliness and location close to the metro.

My friend left sun glasses and I left phone charger but unfortunately after we got to claims nothing was found. If you leave something in your room then just forgot them to recover.

Comment dire ?

J’avais demandé une chambre calme et j’ai fini avec un balcon donnant sur un bar à shisha voisin. Avec musique bien sûr. La chambre est vide. Même pas un bureau et une chaise. Impossible donc de travailler. J’ai donné des visio depuis le lit… La salle de bains n’a pas de bac à douche. La douche coule donc dans la salle de bains devant le WC à même le sol. Les murs ont eu divers dégâts des eaux Personnel sympathique toutefois. Je veux bien revenir mais pour 100 AED la nuit car ça n’en vaut pas plus.

シャワーが水

深夜にチェックイン。シャワーが水でした。フロントに言いましたが結局解決できず。説明もなし。翌朝は少し水温が温かくなりましたが、それでもかなり温度が低かったです。ギリギリ入れる温度で我慢してササっと浴びて済ませました。防音性が低いためか外部の音が入ってきます。飛行機の通り道のせいか、特にその騒音がとてもうるさかったです。部屋自体は悪くないと思いますし、お掃除の人達はとてもフレンドリーでした。水、ティッシュペーパー、ポット、コーヒー・紅茶、テレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫、石鹸がありました。有料のお菓子・飲み物なども置いてありました。

深夜にフロントから電話

深夜にフロントから2回電話がありました。ホテル税の支払いについての説明でした。なぜそれを深夜に？電話で？といった感じです。フロントの男性スタッフは例外なく不愛想でした。周辺は地下鉄駅からも近くて食事する場所やスーパーもあり、まずまず便利な場所でした。部屋は広くてベットはとても立派でした。お湯がとても温かったです。お薦めできない宿です。

Good hotel in a perfect location to explore Dubai. Near shops, restaurants and metro, but no problem with street sounds. Walls are a bit thin, so if the hotel is full, you'll here the neighbours and housekeeping.

وصلت الى الفندق الساعة 3:30 م ولم اجد الفرفة جاهزة

التاخير في تسجيل الدخول مع ان وقت وصولي الى الفندق كان ساعة 3:30م الا اني لم اجد الغرفة جاهزة بعد الغرفة بدون شرفة مطلة على المدينة مع ان حجزي كان يتضمن شرفة حسب الحج

Excelente Hotel

Excelente hotel, buena relación calidad precio, el Internet funciona muy bien, el cuarto es muy cómodo, la ubicación es perfecta, ya que se encuentra a unos pasos de la estación del metro y de paradas de autobús, el personal es muy amable.
