Not my best stay but good enough

The resort is nice.. If you’re only looking to visit the parks. However, the entertainment schedule not so full.. you might get bored, even for kids. The tikki house was closed for the whole stay! The kids club unfortunately was extremely boring! Staff and rooms are nice.

Very nice room with all amenties you may need and very luxurious. The Bed was amazing as was the bathroom. In walking distance of Riverland and Legoland and Motiongate but you can also take the buggy.

A happy weekend

The first time to be here. We booked a night here for the water park and the firework. It was an amazing night here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the check in time is a bit long. The rest is excellent. A great place for kids.

Outstanding Staff Made Our Stay Exceptional This wasn’t my first stay at Lapita Hotel Dubai, and it definitely won’t be my last. What truly stood out this time was the incredible staff, especially Marry at the reception. Despite the room issue being entirely my mistake—and even more complicated because the booking was through a third party—she went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She literally jumped through hoops to make things right, and did so with grace and patience. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. Some staff even had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience feel more personal and relatable. The positive energy and spirit of the team made our stay feel special. Loved the stay. Loved the team. Can’t wait to come back again.

Just like other resorts in South East Asia (e.g. Thailand, Vietnam), you get everything you need when you staying in here. Everything in a cozy settings to make you relax. What's more, in Lapita, you have got more theme parks, and a very nice walkable area (the european feel villages) and a outlet nearby in walking distance. However, it is quite remote to outside areas, and the transportation cost is quite expensive in Dubai, i will suggest to stay and enjoy the relaxation within the resort during your stay. And as i travelled in October, it is still very hot under the sun, everyday after 4pm, is the best time to enjoy your pool time and outdoor activities. All in all, is a kids paradise! It is a perfect place to travel with kids!

The food we struggled with. But maybe we are fussy as it was a 4 star. But there were only really 2 restaurants. a pool type lunch spot and a buffet. We were told we could use the Japanese restaurant at check in but when we tried to book there was no space and also it was not included in half board. for the kids on the half board lunch menu they only liked the fish fingers and there was only so many times they could eat the same meal (they ate this 5 times!) service there was very good, main meals were ok but even i got sick of the same dishes and desserts as there were not many options to choose from. the buffet in the evening was awful. but the chefs again helped and made us something custom. we only ate there once. breakfast was great. close to the theme parks which is why we stayed there and actually a really nice resort all in all aside from the food. in future i wouldn't do half board, i would only do breakfast and i would eat at Riverland village instead. very close to an outlet mall which was fab spa was ok very good price wise but a little concerning when myself and my daughter (9yrs old) went for a massage they didn't ask us to fill out any forms. but again you get what you pay for maybe? all in all we were happy we went and happy with the price with all theme parks included etc. really good service for the most part everyone tried their best

When checking in, it was already passed 3pm and staff kept telling me to wait more. And then after few minutes, like passed 15 to 20 mins I went to the desk and asked do I have to wait more. The staff was not uncleared for making me wait and he said I have to wait more 20 mins. I dont knowwhy he keptr make me eait so long.
