It is a matter of surprised that the only one key are given from here . If you need another while you are living three people, then it is refused flately

Es sollte ja ein neues Hotel sein, dafür war es total abgewohnt, schmutziger Teppich, schmutzige Wände, kleine Fliegen kamen aus dem Ausguß. Während meines Aufenthaltes fanden Bauarbeiten statt, ohne vorher davon informiert worden zu sein, bzw einen Preisnachlaß zu bekommen. Der Nachtclub in der oberen Etage machte es nicht besser, bis 3 Uhr morgen waren Bässe zu hören und die Vibrationen zu spüren. Beim Check-In gab es Probleme, weil man wohl meine Buchung zuerst nicht fand, um dem vorzubeugen, hatte ich das Hotel 2x im Vorfeld angeschrieben, ob alles okay sei, bekam aber nie eine Rückmeldung. Das Personal vor Ort hat alles gegeben, was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Auch die Lage ist top, alles andere bedarf einer 100% Verbesserung.
