great location nicely remodeled room

this is a great reasonable hotel in a safe area, minutes to the metro 10 minutes to mall of emirates great restaurants and stores around heated roof top pool

Extremely clean, modern, convenient hotel in an amazing central location, next to metro station & close to a famous mall. Highly recommended! Wonderful leisure facilities, including rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, gym etc. Very kind, friendly & helpful reception staff. PS. I initially had a problem with my room being far too cold, with no warm sunshine coming in, but they kindly moved me to a different room & fixed this for me.

Moderate Stay, nothing fancy

A decent stay for an affordable price. Good connectivity with shuttle services to Mall of Emirates, The Outlet Mall & Blue Beach. Metro Station / Bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. There are many food options available near by as well. Staff were very courteous and answered all queries instantly. Travel Desk was also available for tourism options.

As a wheelchair user, even though the ramp was steep - the staff went above and beyond to assist me in and out of the hotel needed everyday. Staff also assisted my belongings dropping it off in my room. On the first day waiting for my friend to meet, they offered me free apple juice in the morning. They were super polite and even with a smile everyday.

Good staff, not so good hotel

The rooms had various leakages in the toilets, I was moved but different issues kept coming up. NO COLD WATER at all (they said because of hot months) but 3 star hotel nearby I’ve stayed in after has cold water so that’s a weird thing to say. The single most annoying thing was the alarms, they kept going off multiple times a week, even in the mornings, in every single room. Can think of a better way to wake up than to that loud awful sound honestly…also the cards stopped working every few days so had to go down to get new ones. Not a single solution or compensation were offered. The staff on the other hand were nice and friendly overall, checked me in early as I came in the early morning (very helpful), breakfast OK, rooms are decent size but pretty old furniture. 2/5 for an allegedly 4 star hotel, could not really agree looking at my 28 day stay as a whole. Regards

Unsere Zimmer wurden nie richtig geputzt. Zudem deaktivierte sich unsere Zimmerkarte fast jeden Tag und wir mussten diese in der Lobby wieder aktivieren. Wir mussten unser Zimmer sogar einmal wechseln weil wir ein falsches bekommen hatten und sie überbucht waren. Der Pool war sehr klein.

Senay

Die Zimmer ohne Balkone sind nicht bewohnbar. Es ist dunkel und kalt in den Zimmern, auch wenn die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet ist. Frische Luft kommt durch den Fensterschlitz nicht, weil das Fenster zum Innenhof zeigt. Der Teppichboden ist schmutzig, die Türen und Inneneinrichtung im Hotel veraltet. Das Badezimmer ist auch veraltet. In die Badewanne konnte man sich nicht hineinlegen. Sehr freundlich war nur das Reinigungspersonal und der Concierge.

We selected executive suites with kitchenettes. One would assume that if there was a kitchenette, there would be stuff in that kitchenette to prepare something, but, to our surprise and contrary to their website’s info, the kitchenette was empty and they refused to provide us with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. They charged us 2,5x more for the extra bed that I had asked for my son. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived and it was never properly cleaned while we were there. There were no towels in the swimming pool area and they didn’t bring towels even after repeated requests. Many more things were wrong in there.
