The pics are very misleading. It looks luxurious in pics just because of the deliberately imposed big chandeliers. The rooms are v small and smelly, bathroom is very smally and mouldy. We booked for 5 nights and paid around 1000$, could not stay there for more than 2 hours so booked another hotel. The manager didn't even bother and did not refund us at all, and no support from Expedia as well, very heart breaking. The hotel's nonbrefundable policy is there because most guests would not like to stay there and have to forfeit their money. Our 1000$ totally gone in drain. Will never recommend this hotel, its duping people with misleading pics. No sign of hospitality from staff, v rude and indifferent behaviour.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this situation is exceptional. Knowing it’s 3.5 star hotel it was my last minute booking : everything was wrong from the time I check in . My plan landed at 11 PM and I got to the hotel around midnight. I was notified the room that I booked is not available so they gave me another one- worse. Sign on the doors said no smoking but the room smelled terrible. Our shower did not drain, bed covers, and carpet with stains. When we sat and watch TV we noticed a couple of roaches roaming around. Then on a second day of our stay, I had several bites on my body and I don’t know what it was. And at the end, I did not get my deposit of 50 dirhams back. No one answered the phone and this hotel and they do not answer the messages through Expedia. Oh, and it’s advertised that they have a parking on the premises. Guess what ?.. most of the time they don’t. Second day, I am trying to reach someone and talk to somebody about all those issues and especially to get my deposit back and no one calls me back

The location was convenient but the hotel room was not clean and smells very bad with a dirty and sticky carpet. Also the worst part was the room was infested with cockroaches ☹️. The only place that smells good is the front desk but room was horrible ☹️.

It was horrible. Terrible. The hotel does not qualify for 2 stars. The staff never picks up the calls and no reply on expedia. They did not cancel my booking and then they also gave my room to someone else. Then gave me a non smoking room but there was smoke smell everywhere. Bathroom was so foul and made so loud noise of water filling up in the tank. You cannot sit on the seat as the glass is not letting you sit. Then the AC was so bad could not shut off. The noise from the street is so loud. Breakfast was terrible. Salty and sweet at the same time and just not good staff.

The hotel room was nothing like the pictures and description online. The hotel staff is not cordial, the bathroom in the room is very dirty and all the water taps are wobbly, tap water was kept on the breakfast table for tea instead of boiled water. Overall, everything was disappointing 👎

Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance.
