The location was convenient but the hotel room was not clean and smells very bad with a dirty and sticky carpet. Also the worst part was the room was infested with cockroaches ☹️. The only place that smells good is the front desk but room was horrible ☹️.

Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance.

It was horrible. Terrible. The hotel does not qualify for 2 stars. The staff never picks up the calls and no reply on expedia. They did not cancel my booking and then they also gave my room to someone else. Then gave me a non smoking room but there was smoke smell everywhere. Bathroom was so foul and made so loud noise of water filling up in the tank. You cannot sit on the seat as the glass is not letting you sit. Then the AC was so bad could not shut off. The noise from the street is so loud. Breakfast was terrible. Salty and sweet at the same time and just not good staff.

Location is in the heart and lively , near to bus station of naif intersection , walking 15 mins to banyas metro station , air conditioning good but very noisy , they clean room every two days which is not good , tv ok , refrigerator okay , old amenities, safe in the room , escalator is good , staff is okay but not very helpful , during check in they give me only one card inspite we are two and the check in guy give another card after while , overall , not bad

probleem van warm water dat niet of nauwelijks warm is en lawaaierige airconditioning zoals een vrachtwagenmotor. De kamers worden bewoond en ongelukken van vorige klanten (brandplekken van sigaretten, beschadigd meubilair, ...) zijn niet geregeld. Wat mij betreft, als een westerse gebruiker, is het alleen voor de hoffelijkheid van het personeel dat dit hotel een niveau krijgt en van "voldoende" passes de "normaliteit" bereikt. hotel heeft een opknap beurt nodig.
