「Great new hotel in Hendersonville, NC. Loved the comfort of the beds, location, and morning breakfast was above average!」

This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.」

「Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. 「The staff was friendly, especially the blonde lady at the front, forgot to get her name. Also, Ms. Kathy that was in charge of breakfast has the best personality. She takes pride in her breakfast making skills and is on top of having enough food to feed the crowds. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcoming. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in the room was also very helpful.」

「Loved our stay my only complaint is the parking - It’s either $50 a day for valet or $30 a day for self parking that turns over at 5a so you’re paying for at minimum 2 days. Also getting to the parking with luggage is a nightmare」
