The bell team charged our electric vehicle which was very convenient. The breakfast was wonderful with excellent choices. Our spa massages were superb. Golf will be on our agenda next time since the courses look great (we played St Andrews this visit). 」

「The hotel is a wonderful old building that has been lovingly maintained. Our room was fine, everything was clean, tidy and worked and we got what we paid for. The restaurant was excellent. It had grandeur, it was flooded with light, offered views over the Tay, drink and food options were very good and reasonably priced. While there was no car park, one across the road offered reasonable rates and was convenient. The Discovery and V&A are a 5 min walk and are excellent. Why not a 5* rating? Like...

「This was exactly what one would expect in a five star hotel....the rooms are handsomely appointed and supremely comfortable. The staff was amazing....helpful, informative and kind. We loved our stay, the town is walkable from the hotel and our room looked right out at the Old Course....and the North Sea beyond....simply magical.」
